Seasonal Maintenance Measures
Based on the changing solar terms, we prepare maintenance tools for various tree species in advance and regularly inspect the landscaping areas to ensure soil fertility and a clean and tidy landscape. We also regularly inspect the landscaping areas to promptly remove debris and fill any subsidence and potholes to maintain a clean and hygienic environment. Greening Work Plan
Monthly Greening Maintenance
Each month requires different greening maintenance tasks, such as pruning, replanting, and fertilizing, to maintain the beauty of the green space and the health of the plants. The monthly greening maintenance schedule is as follows:
Monthly Solar Term Maintenance Details
In January, during the Great Cold season, a comprehensive winter pruning of the park's plants is required. The primary task is to remove dead, diseased, insect-infested, and damaged branches to ensure the healthy growth of every plant. However, for tree species prone to sap flow or dieback, pruning should be postponed until before bud break to avoid unnecessary damage. Regular inspections and checks are also required to ensure the integrity of wintering protection systems. Any damage should be repaired immediately to ensure a smooth wintering for the plants.
In February, preparations for spring greening begin. By March, winter greening work is nearing completion, and site preparations for spring greening are carried out, with lawn mowing being carried out as appropriate.
In April, trees that died during the winter due to frost damage or disease were promptly replanted to ensure continuity in the greening efforts. Subsequently, during the Grain Rain season, the green space's growth was closely monitored, and any gaps were immediately replanted. The lawns were also mowed as appropriate. Additionally, hedge trimming and tree shaping were performed twice to maintain the overall beauty and health of the green space.

Special Weather Maintenance
In extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons and heavy rains, emergency measures are required to protect plants, such as shoring and reinforcement, and to rapidly restore the green space after the disaster. During typhoons, thorough preparations must be made and appropriate measures implemented to protect plants. For large trees, measures such as shoring and tying windbreaks can be adopted; for sub-trees and shrubs, shoring and soil balls are primarily used.
